all stainless steel fixings where possible, re zinc plated existing fixings

New bright HID headlight kit (super bright)
Engine was cleaned and re painted as its as sweet as a nut with only 47 k on the clock
Valve clearances done
Carbs balanced
Fuel pump conversion to facet from unreliable standard one
New engine bars
Sump guard powder coated
New handlebars
Heated Grips
Second hand indicator switch (these tend to be faulty at this age)
New engine gaskets
New oil pump seals
All wiring checked over and repaired sheathes
All in all took me over a year to do as I love re building Hondas, real challenge but its come out great.
think I've just about covered all items, I have all the receipts to go with the bike from the parts I have purchased.
