Teoretycznie i praktycznie powinno dać się to zrobić ale nie ma jednego patentu, jednego dostawcy systemów asystenta pasa czy parkowania więc musiałbyś poszukać pod kątem swojego samochodu. Jak łatwo się domyślić im więcej elektroniki, tym bardziej ludzie w tym grzebią.

Temat mnie zainteresował, pogrzebałem chwilę i znalazłem wypowiedź z grudnia 2016 roku którą można podsumować tak: ktoś stworzył w Austrii zapis prawny którego interpretacja jest dyskutowana, a policja prawdopodobnie nie będzie go egzekwowała od turystów. Gwarancji takiego traktowania jednak nikt nie daje...

This is not a difficult one: in general, contracts requiring someone to violate the law are unenforceable.

I've read up some more on the Austrian dashcam situation, and while there is some evidence that the police (some of the police, anyway) are not enforcing the law as strictly as has been suggested, the main problems I see here are that (a) prvacy laws are relatively new and difficult to understand and enforce and (b) nobody commenting is actually qualified to give an authoritative statement or interpretation of the relevant legislation. Drivers are mostly clueless, driving organisations are not necessarily well informed, police are not lawyers and politicians are not judges.

FWIW, some of the Austrian police have reportedly said that the law doesn't apply to tourists or to anyone filming for "non-surveillance" purposes, but not all Austrian police may take this view. Personally, I will be ignoring this "law" (whatever it actually is) and take my chances in Austria next year. If I don't make it back, you'll know why...
