Anodizing issue is moving towards a resolution.
Christmas in September, replacement fork leg arrived, this will replace my damaged one which has been sent to Japan for examination by Honda Australia.
The anodizing was worn off in one location approximately 5 cm in diameter on the inside of the tube.
If you have concerns talk to your dealer, I did, he was brilliant, set up a warranty claim and this is the end result.
The fork leg was not replaced on warranty as such but was replaced so they could use mine for examination.
This is as good a result that I could hope for as the wheels are in Motion and we will see what comes of it.
I understand it will take a few months for the process but be aware that if no one complains nothing will happen.

Tutaj gość położył nową anodę i dodatkowo podłożył blachę pod tuleje ślizgowe.

Guys...just an idea for you guys having the stiction issue..just for fun...measure it..

Stand your bike upright...get someone to balance it...lift up the front of the bike to extend the forks (easy to do by pulling up on the crash bars if you have them). Then let them come down to rest SLOWLY...measure this point from the bottom of the chrome legs to the dust wiper....then push down on the forks and let them SLOWLY rise to the static position...measure this point (bottom of tube to Dust Wiper)...the difference between the two measurements is stiction...my Showa Crap had more than 45mm before I dumped them...my KYBs have 7mm...

Będę wysyłał, może są jeszcze chętni na poprawę fabryki? Podzielimy koszty wysyłki. Można wysłać same tuby, twarde anodowanie 100funtów, ewentualnie całe lagi, wtedy koszt serwisu z olejem i nowymi uszczelniaczami 125funtów więc bez tragedii.

może głupie pytanie, ale rozumiem, że anoda też w środku?

no mam najechane 20 tys, więc serwis zawieszenia można by majtnąć, a kiedy myślisz wysyłać?, bo pogoda jeszcze służy do latania :), jak za miesiąc to bym się pokusił.
p.s pytałeś ich czy nat już robili.?

No ja planuje dopiero po sezonie. Nie pytałem ale zawias w NAT to naprawdę nic specjalnego więc dadzą sobie radę...

ok, to jesteśmy wstępnie ugadani, to że zawias w nat nic specjalnego to wiem (chociaż dziury wybiera nieźle ;), tylko do anody to muszą chyba dobrze skład materiału znać, na który nakładają.
